"Best service experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Big shout out to our server, ALAINA. She made sure to check on us to see if we needed anything, always at the right time. She was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly to them. The entire wait staff seemed to be working like a well-oiled machine. They always seemed to have the right person, at the right place, at the right time, taking orders, going back to the kitchen, cleaning tables, etc. Super efficiently and friendly! Food came out quicker than expected. The quesadilla and signature burger were tasty, just wish there were more fries. I'm sad that one TV wasn't working, though."

"I was driving through Lockhart and Google recommended Henry's. I now know why. The staff is friendly, prompt, and informative. The food was exactly what I expected from a small town restaurant, DELICIOUS! Trust me, you don't wanna miss out on this gem. Madison was my server, and she was top notch. From the environment to the service, and from the sweet tea to the fried fish, 10/10 would recommend!!"

"My wife and I wanted something to eat besides BBQ in Lockhart Tx and WOW did we stumble upon a gem. Henry's has top notch wait staff, great food and relaxed atmosphere. It can get a tad loud because of brick walls and original hardwood floors but it's just part of the experience. My wife and I were totally pleased with our experience. And don't leave without trying the "funnel fries", funnel cake shaped like french fries and covered in powdered sugar, a great light dessert following a fantastic large meal."

"Me and my boyfriend stopped in to get breakfast and that was some awesome food. The best omelette, potatoes and toast I ever tasted. Still can't believe how awesome the toast was Pretty friendly staff they welcome you and tell you you can sit wherever you like "

"Great place for a family meal, or just to grab some good food. Everything on the menu SLAPS. From their homestead breakfast plates, to their various lunch & dinner options. They're well rounded! From Southern comfort foods, Mexican dishes, Italian, & even seafood. They are more of a "mom & pop" style restaurant, their dining area fills up fairly easily, not too much space. You can definitely tell they have their regulars, and they tend to them in that fashion. Otherwise, just be prepared to wait for a table to open. It can take a while, but if you're lucky they'll have some of their more efficient staff working that day. They seem to hire more of the younger generation for their wait staff, usually they're good on service, but there are times more than once that we've hoped to get more response and attention for refills or other needs. Nothing serious, just what's expected from a small town restaurant. The food is worth yhe wait though! I'll say that. But definitely plan ahead of time if you're thinking of going during any of the peak times, and/or going in a group. As I said, their seating is limited and they don't have much space inside. Not sure if they offer reservations, it doesn't seem like it, but I have yet to try it out. All in all, one of our top "go to's" in town. You won't regret giving it a try, trust me. Other than wait times, the service here is great. Again, this place is worth the wait. "

"Texas culture done well. Had breakfast in an old time, country feel atmosphere. Food was country style, priced right, and portions were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee was kept hot and our cups full. While it was super busy, we got seated right away. We'll be back for lunch and dinner soon. We hear great things about those meals too."
